Is the project sold furnished?
Originally Park Tower is sold unfurnished, but with all the kitchen and wardrobes installations included. But we provide additional furnishing options on request. Also we can provide a ready-to-live option based on client preferences. If you wish to get a detailed offer please contact us via email.

Property ownership type
The Park Tower is located within the grounds of PARKLANE, A LUXURY COLLECTION RESORT & SPA, therefore the all the apartments are leasehold for 150 years, but the period of lease can be easily extended for another 150 years for only a €1000 charge.
Completion date
Park Tower will be delivered by the end of July 2020.
Warranty
We provide 2 years warranty for the project.
